The stock suspension on these carts is stiff and rough! This suspension system substantially softens the ride by allowing more than 2x the wheel travel.
This adds 2″ in track width to each side. if you currently run 2″ wheel spacers you’ll remove them. If you do not run any wheel spacers you’ll need to add 2″ wheel spacers to the rear to match the front (not included).
This kit offers complete adjustability in camber and caster. Nominal caster value is set at 3 degrees. Stock caster is 0 degrees. 0 degrees of caster is actually unsafe as the steering is dynamically unstable. If you’ve ever noticed you can’t remove your hands from the steering wheel while driving at speed because the cart would dart off in one direction this is due to the 0 degrees of caster.
With 3 degrees of caster engineered in the cart is substantially more stable than stock. You can adjust another 2 degrees (total of 5) if you wish.
Camber is adjustable from +2 to -2 degrees. We recommend -1 degree.
